As a brand, as a team, as people, we are so saddened to see events like the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and of so many other black people. We stand with you, against injustice and persecution.

As a small business, in this difficult time, we are doing what we can to inform and educate ourselves and to take action. We have made a number of donations as a team and found the resources below really useful, so we wanted to share them so you can research, learn and get involved too.

We are reassessing the ways in which we communicate with our MERABI community, how we can continue this conversation and what we can do to make a change with our operations in respect of diversity and inclusivity. We recognise this is not a problem that needs a day, or a month of action but something that needs to be always present in our day to day communications. We want to do better and we encourage you and fellow brands to do the same.
