FAQ's

DO I NEED TO BUY TICKETS?

Tickets are not required for entry to any of our pop-up stores. Just turn up within our opening hours, and we'd be glad to see you!

WHAT CAN I BUY?

Our stores will be stocked with an extensive range of MERABI favourites, giving you the chance to experience our iconic pieces first-hand. We aim to stock the stores with a broad range to showcase as many of our styles as possible, however if there is anything we cannot stock, you will be able to make an online purchase in-store via our handheld devices.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS IN STORE?

For all orders where a physical product is purchased in-store, customers can return these in-store within 14 days of purchase.
For orders placed online via our ‘ship to customer’ feature, returns must be placed online via our Returns portal SWAP, which can be found in Returns section of our website.
For any order placed online prior to the opening of the pop-up stores, this must also follow our standard returns procedure online.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS WILL BE AVAILABLE?

Customers will be able to pay via the following payment methods:

- Credit/Debit Card

- Gift Cards

Please note, we will not be accepting cash payments.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you have purchased is faulty, we will refund the price of the product in full either in-store if you purchase at the pop-up location or online via our Returns portal as normal. For ‘ship to customer’ orders, the cost of applicable delivery charges will also be covered.
